Triple Gr.1 winner INSPIRAL (Frankel) gained further laurels to add to her two Cartier Champion titles at the Longines World’s Best Racehorse Rankings earlier today. The international team of handicappers settled on a rating of 120 for the John & Thady Gosden-trained filly, making her the highest rated filly of her generation in the world and second only to Alpinista amongst her own sex.
Whilst Inspiral did not come to hand in time for the 1000 Guineas, the patience of connections was emphatically repaid with a scintillating success in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot. This special homebred filly then proved her class at Deauville when defeating colts and older horses with a tenacious display in the Prix Jacques Le Marois. Inspiral stays in training for the coming season.
