Slalom Remains Unbeaten in Prix Noailles

Slalom shows his rivals a clean pair of heels under Maxime Guyon

INTELLO’s son Slalom took his record to a perfect 3/3 when bursting clear in the Group 3 Prix Noailles at Longchamp, a key Prix du Jockey Club pointer. Trained by Andre Fabre and owned by Wertheimer & Frere, Slalom ran through the line very strongly on his first try at the French Derby distance, with 21/2l to spare over the favourite at the finish. Slalom is out of the Wertheimer-bred mare Zagzig (Selkirk), making him a full brother to recent Stakes scorer Folamour. The pair look set to strongly represent INTELLO in top races during the coming months.
