Cheveley Park Stud is renowned as one of the most successful thoroughbred horse farms in Europe.

Situated in Newmarket, England – the ancestral home of horseracing – the stud extends to just under 1,000 acres. Cheveley Park Stud itself is home to five top class stallions, while the nearby Sandwich, Strawberry Hill, Ashley Heath and Warren Hill divisions accommodate the company's other bloodstock interests.

The 2012 Stakes season started with the Listed Prix Miss Satamixa at Deauville, and it produced a dash to the line where the Medicean filly, Glory Power prevailed. Winning her first start at Listed level Glory Power is certainly improving fast now and looks sure to progress further.

Cheveley Park Stud Fees 2012.

Flag bearer PIVOTAL is to stand at the highly commercial fee of £45,000 October 1st Terms LFFR. PIVOTAL is the Leading British Based Sire by number of individual winners on the flat for the fifth consecutive year, and can be proud of the fact that he has sired another 22 individual Stakes performers in 2011, bringing his total to an impressive 99 individual Stakes winners, 20 of which have been at Group 1 level. These include the 2011 Group 1 winners Anamee and Immortal Verse, the latter having won both the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot and the Haras de Fresnay-Le-Buffard Prix Jacques Le Marois. He also provided the eye-catching two year-old, Nephrite, winner of the Group 3 Killavullan Stakes at Leopardstown. The progeny of MEDICEAN’s dual Group 1 wining son DUTCH ART certainly caught the imagination as he sired 28 individual winners from his first crop and achieved a staggering strike rate of nearly 54% winners to runners. Of these, 6 were placed in Stakes company, including Caspar Netscher, winner of the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes at York and the Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes at Newbury. Not only does DUTCH ART head the European First Crop Sires list by earnings, but he also leads by percentage of winners to runners. He will stand at a fee of £12,000 1st October Terms LFFR. MEDICEAN continues to sire runners at the top level having been responsible for 6 six individual Group 1 winners to date and 20 individual Stakes horses in 2011, including Manieree, impressive winner of both the Group 2 Blandford Stakes and Group 3 Kilboy Estates Stakes at the Curragh. MEDICEAN will stand at the attractively priced fee of only £8,000 1st October Terms LFFR. KYLLACHY sired over 100 individual winners for the second season in a row. Sole Power won the Group 2 Temple Stakes at Haydock Park and two year-olds Dragon Pulse won the Group 2 Futurity Stakes at the Curragh, with Stepper Point winning the Listed Criterium de Vitesse at Longchamp. KYLLACHY will stand at £10,000 1st October Terms LFFR. VIRTUAL’s first foals arrived in 2011 and look promising, strong, well balanced individuals. Winner of his only start to date, NEPHRITE was thrown into Group 3 company here and showed a very willing attitude and an abundance of talent when winning the Killavullen Stakes at Leopardstown. Travelling off a good pace, he made ground entering the straight and was brought with a smooth run to win comfortably. He has a big future.
