When one enters Newmarket (A1304) from the south, drive into the town until you reach the Clock Tower. Take the 3rd turning leading up the Old Station Road (B1063).
Keep going until you come to a junction (New Wellington Pub on left) Then go across a staggered crossroads up Duchess Drive.
We are situated about 1¼ miles on the left hand side of the road.
